In general, avoid products that contain a lot of (saturated!) fat. Not all fat is bad! Fish, for example, contain a lot of fatty acids are actually healthy, and good for your heart and body in general. Many nuts (walnuts, almonds etc) and vegetables (spinach, broccoli etc) contain many substances that are good for you. Red wine is also good for your heart, recent studies have indicated. The same goes for Dark Chocolate and tea. There are too many things to list. To summarize: Eat fish, drink a glass of red wine every now and then, replace the regular snacks with nuts like almonds. Avoid products with saturated fatty acids and eat vegetables and fruits.
