I am interpreting the use of cultures meaning the atmosphere/environment of an organization. If an organization has a weak culture it's most likely caused by the attitudes of others as well as their quality of work/participation in the organization. Often apathy makes a weak culture for an organization as well as laziness, selfishness, and distrust. Pessimism also creates a weak culture and optimism strengthens an organization's culture.
A substance is classified as a weak electrolyte when it partially dissociates into ions in a solution. Factors that contribute to this classification include the substance's low solubility and weak ability to conduct electricity.
The factors that contribute to making an acid weak include a lower concentration of hydrogen ions, a smaller tendency to donate protons, and a less complete dissociation in water.

Strong cultures are characterized by shared values, beliefs, and practices that are deeply ingrained within an organization, leading to high employee engagement and alignment with organizational goals. In contrast, weak cultures lack cohesion and clear shared values, resulting in inconsistent behaviors and a disconnect between employees and the organization's mission. This disparity can affect overall performance, employee satisfaction, and retention rates. Ultimately, a strong culture fosters unity and purpose, while a weak culture can lead to confusion and disengagement.
Factors such as the Earth's rotation, temperature differences, and pressure gradients contribute to global winds. Areas where winds are weak are often near the equator, where the temperature is relatively constant and the Coriolis effect is weaker, or in areas of high pressure where the pressure gradient is low.
Several factors can contribute to making a criminal case weak, including lack of credible evidence, unreliable witnesses, procedural errors, insufficient legal arguments, and inconsistencies in the prosecution's case. Additionally, issues such as lack of motive, alibi evidence, and reasonable doubt can also weaken a criminal case.
They went to south of Syria to trade and contribute but the Romans were to weak to contribute back to the etruscans. Even the indians were to weak
The factors that contribute to determining the highest buffer capacity of a solution are the concentration of the buffer components, the ratio of the weak acid and its conjugate base, and the pH of the solution. Buffer capacity is highest when the concentrations of the buffer components are high and when the ratio of the weak acid to its conjugate base is close to 1. Additionally, buffer capacity is optimal at a pH close to the pKa of the weak acid in the buffer system.
Revolts can fail due to a lack of organization, weak leadership, insufficient support from the population, violent suppression by authorities, or inadequate resources to sustain the movement. Factors such as internal divisions, external intervention, or a lack of clear goals can also contribute to the failure of revolts.
Factors that contribute to the classification of an acid as weak include its ability to partially dissociate in water and its low concentration of hydrogen ions. This impacts the acid's chemical properties and reactivity by making it less likely to fully ionize in a solution, resulting in a less acidic pH and weaker reactivity with other substances compared to strong acids.
