Here are excellent ways for a 13-year-old to lose weight. Ideally, weight loss for a 13-year-old is best achieved through complete family participation if and when possible. - Get your carbohydrates from natural sources such as fresh vegetables and fruits such as berries. Eat plenty of quality protein such as fish and chicken (unless vegetarian, or course).
