I'm a huge Thomas Crown Affair (Russo & Brosnan) fan...! I am also a health & nutrition fan.... and I think Catherine Banning's green morning breakfast drink is called Grass Green Super Food, by Amazing Grass. You can purchase it at upscale healthy grocers or vitamin stores in 8.5 oz ( $12 to $20) or 17 oz containers ( $34 to $40 ). It comes as a super charged condensed green powder that you mix with your preferred beverage to make an incredibly healthy drink, or mix it in your cereal. I'm not fond of the flavor, so I put a bit of milk from my cereal in the spoon... and then fill the spoon up with somewhere between a teaspoon & a tablespoon full of the powder, while making sure any residue falls into my cereal ( so as not to waste any of the expensive health mix ). Then I put the spoon full of milk and powder in my mouth. It it not a pleasant mouthful, but I wash down with a gulp of warm green tea. It is nice to know I consumed my day's supply of "healthful greens" all in one healthful spoonful along with my breakfast. Catherine Banning's drink looks to me to be made with either soymilk, apple juice, or 1/2 soymilk + 1/2 water, along with a few chunks of ice, blended in a blender the same way you make a smoothy. Grass Green Super Food may seem expensive at first, but when you consider that it will keep for ages in your refrigerator... it is pennies a day for an incredible health benefit. I enjoy consuming its' benefits along with my healthy homemade cereal blend (flaxseed + blueberries +raw organic old fashioned oatmeal flakes + Grape Juice + walnuts + milk ...).... but, as you saw above.... I still isolate the Green Food powder to one spoonful bite, as I don't like the effect it has on the flavor of my yummy blueberry-flaxseed museli mix cereal... although I have a good friend who does like the "greens flavors" ... and they put it directly into their homemade cereal museli mix. Good luck experimenting...! Terri from Golden, Colorado ******

Who was Katherine howard really in love with?

It is alleged that Catherine Howard (Henry VIII's fifth wife) fell in love with and started a relationship with Thomas Culpepper, who was a gentleman of the bedchamber. The affair soon became an open secret, but Henry VIII would not believe these allegations. Eventually a case was built against Catherine, not helped by love letters that Catherine had written to Culpepper. When Henry knew the truth of the affair he was heartbroken and refused to see Catherine. Her arrest was ordered, but in desperation, she tried to get to the King but was taken away, screaming. Realising her fate, Catherine admitted to the affair with Culpepper. Eventually Culpepper was executed, and Catherine herself, found guilty of adultery, was executed at the Tower of London on 13 February 1542, at the age of 21. Catherine's screaming ghost is said to haunt a corridor at Hampton Court Palace near London, when she tried to run to the chapel where Henry was attending mass.
