You may have waited too long. But the urine that is backed up will be released next time.
Also, you feel like you need to, but you don't.
You might have UTI (urinary tract infection) make sure you drink lots of water, it may feel a little bit painful to pass water but still drink the water (i am not a doctor, if problem persists see one)
