- Sometimes an individual may be either jealous or have heard of another friends mate cheating on them and your subconscious picks it up and this can cause you to wonder if it will happen to you and since we dream every half hour and remember only some dreams just before we wake up you now feel threatened. You may also have already suspected your significant other of cheating if he/she flirts; you've heard rumors. If there is no validity to the dream then just write it off as just a dream, but if you feel your significant other is flirting; have heard rumors to the effect he/she is seeing someone else then you need to confront him/her in a calm manner and get to the bottom of this problem.
