This is most commonly seen on a notary public's signature line. The state issues licenses for a limited time and then you must renew (and pay again of course) . The expiration of "my Commission" simply means that their license will expire on that date.

When a commission expires, it means that the authority or permission granted to someone to perform a certain task or act has reached its end date and is no longer valid. This can happen with legal documents, appointments, or contracts.
