- When a guy says he does not like you as a person it means he does not respect you and he may have his reasons. However, one should not judge a book by their cover which means that he may not have grounds to dislike you because he doesn't know the real you. If it bothers you so much then try getting him alone and ask him why he doesn't like you as a person. It is never to late to learn good communication skills and it can save you a lot of pain in life.
