EXACTLY WHAT IT SAYS, HE REALLY DOSE LIKE YOU HE'S JUST NOT READY TO ACUALLY DATE YET THOUGH.Every girl needs at least one best guy friend so if you really like him why not and maybe soon it will turn in to somthing more
