This could mean a few things. For one the guy must obviously trusts you. This could mean that you are a very close friend, or depending on what he is telling you that he wants to know how he really feels. If he tells you his crushes it probly means that you are close enough to him to be a really good friend. If he is telling you his fears, troubles, reactions, and such and not so much about his crushes than he may feel like he can trust you and this is possible to blossom into more. If you really like this guy and he knows it than he is definantly comfterable telling you everything if he is doing so, and so he may be trying to tell you something such as he likes you and you are not getting it.
