Sounds like she is interested in you and would like to know you better, but she's not ready to be exclusive or committed.
Maybe she hasn't made up her mind about you yet, maybe she's interested in somebody else too, and maybe she's just not into committed relationships right now. And maybe she's trying to let you down easy. Your answers are going to come from her and not from strangers on a website.
