It means that she's realized you're not interested and so she's moved on (Obviously because SHE likes YOU). If you were good friends, sounds like she might be trying to make you jealous. Or it may just mean that she's just very busy at this time in her life and she just isn't paying attention and needs to focus elsewhere.
