I'm not exactly sure to be honest, but these are my best guesses: I'm assuming you he likes you, and that you are a girl. I assume A: he wanted to give you something to remember him by; something different than flowers or a stuffed animal. B: He's a wierdo and wanted to mess with you by giving you a bullet. C: It's a threat. I'm not sure why he'd do that though... And if you really want to know, just ask him. Simple as that
