eh yes, when closing the gun, depress the cocking lever, then the trigger and slowly release the C-lever (or the hammer,if your version is the one with exposed hammer), then recock. but is it not safer to walk around with the action open? or just use the safety...
It depends what kind of gun you have. I have a planet eclipse ego and i don't have to reload every time i shoot . If you have a pump you have to cock every time or if you have a single shot paintball gun. Depends on the marker. If you have a pump then yes you have to cock it evertime, but if you have a semi- or automatic, then it wil automatically recock itself

Most likely a bad battery. Change it for a brand new one (not rechargeable). If that does not fix it take it apart and clean it fully, make sure to check ALL of your orings. If the problem continues, take it to a pro shop, it probably wont cost more then $20 for whatever parts you need.
I'm guessing you mean a "Tommy" gun. Tommy gun was a nickname for the Thompson submachine gun.
It means a gun
Impossible to answer without knowing what gun you mean.
Do you mean a firearm or a paintball gun?
