hey i had the same problem with my Motorola v3 fone and weneva i charge it , it says invalid battery but turns out all u have to do is look where ur battery and fone connect and push it alittle toward the fone i tried it and waited 10min and it works fine now. my prob was that the battery was like disconected or sumthin but atleest i got it fixed! YAy!
OK. I just fixed it on my phone. Turns out that the contacts between the battery and the phone were dirty or at least covered with a thin film. I simply pulled the battery out of the unit and rubbed the flat terminals from the battery vigorously across my jeans. I popped it back into the phone and presto! The Invalid Battery notification is gone!
