itunes will back up your apps when you sync your iPhone if the computer is authorized (store-authorize computer in itunes).
No, you do not need an internet connection to back up an iPhone using iTunes. The backup process occurs locally on your computer, where iTunes stores your device's data. However, you will need internet access to download iTunes or update it if it's not already installed on your computer.
you should probably restore your iPhone. Plug it in go in iTunes, click on your iPhone and press the restore button. THIS WIL ERASE EVERYTHING ON YOUR iPhone IF YOU HAVE INFORMATION ON IT THAT YOU NEED RIGHT CLICK YOUR IPHONE AND PRESS BACKUP BEFORE RESTORING. The backup may contain whatever is breaking your app installs so if you still are having trouble bring it to an apple store and have them backup just what you need. Most likely this wont be necessary and just backing up and restoring should work.

Just connect to itunes Then, under the devices list, right click on the "Bob's iPhone" or "Bob's iPod touch" and click backup. It will back up the current files on the iPhone, so if you restored correctly it will back up only the iPhone.
Hi. Have you tried syncing your phone to the iCloud and then sync your iPad from iCloud backup. Or if you still want to use iTunes make sure the check box in books is ticked when backing up/ syncing when each items are connected to your computer
Yes, you can still use your iPhone while backing it up to iCloud. The backup process runs in the background, allowing you to make calls, send messages, and use apps without interruption. However, your backup may take longer to complete if you're actively using your device during the process. Just make sure you have a stable Wi-Fi connection for the backup to occur smoothly.
After installing iTunes, plug in your iPhone and let it complete any patch updates or system backups. Then, find your iPhone under "Devices" in the left-hand explorer bar, right-click it, and select "Transfer Purchases." See http://theappleblog.com/2008/07/22/transfer-applications-from-iphone-to-itunes/ for screenshots.
You can try MobiKin Doctor for iOS. It lets you easily back up your iPhone text messages to your computer in formats like HTML, CSV, or PDF. It's especially helpful if you need to export messages for legal purposes. Plus, it can recover deleted messages and other data even if you don't have a backup. Worth checking out!
No you will not lose any info stored on the original iphone, as long as you create a back up in iTunes. When you use the new iPhone be sure to Restore From Backup.
Computer backup means backing up data from the computer to a USB/external HD/CD/DVD etc. Computer Backup in process will mean a backup is taking place and is in process for backing up data.
On an iPhone 4s, deleted messages cannot be recovered directly from the device, as there is no built-in feature to retrieve them. However, you can check if you have a backup in iCloud or iTunes that contains the deleted messages. If you have a backup, you can restore your iPhone from that backup, but note that this will replace your current data. Always make sure to regularly back up your important messages and data to avoid loss.
