'Commercial' means advertisement, right? It's a little hard to explain but I'll give you the definition of 'Minded' (so you can try & figure it out for yourself after my little speech =) 'Minded': having a mind, inclination, intention, etc., as specified
So if you put two and two together: it means that something is minded in a commerical manner: it is handled by or throgh or for paid advertising and promoting. So basically your intention is based on advertisetn in whatever shape/form. We ourselves sometimes have 'commercially minded' conversations when we talk to eachother about what we bought or what we should by or what places we should go to etc... ok enough babbling byeee now xD
