"cockin' on ya" means you are cocking your gun on someone, like you are going to kill them
if your going to get a spring gun get full metal gear box, it should say online.

pry off the cocking bolt with a flathead screwdriver by placing the flathead screwdriver in between the knob and the gun and pushing the screw driver against the knob as if you are trying to push it away from the gun.. the knob came unstuck for me! Thanks to this answer!
