I know they cover lost or stolen phones. Mine was stolen and they sent me a phone, but the phone they give you is a refurbished piece of crap! The one they sent me has a 3 hour battery life!! Can you imagine having to recharge every 3 hours???? I had to pay them $39 for this!!! I'm sending it back and trying to get a refund. I'll just have to buy a new phone. I'm cancelling this insurance plan. Yes, they give you a phone if yours is lost but they don't give you the same phone you had. They give you a worthless piece of crap. Don't bother with this insurance!!!
