She means that you get her thinking about something other than the stresses of life, and she enjoys that. Like by talking to you, it's like escapism. Movies, books, hobbies, and sometimes sports have the same effect on people. It can also mean she likes you, likes hearing about you to reassure herself you are okay, or you are a comforting person to be around. But, whenever i say it to guys it's because they were there for me in the middle of a tough situation. Either they took me back to happier memories, or took my mind off what hurt me, or just reminded me how much they really do care.
