Most IKEAs would probably smell like any other furniture company on the inside. What it smells like depends on the time and exact location in which you are. Closer to the restaurant in IKEA, it might smell more like food, probably like mashed potatoes and meat balls, but other meals are served as well.

Out side it is difficult to say, but it might smell like gasoline, because most IKEAs have a parking lot outside.
