What do you think love is?

Since time began no one has been able to describe love, but we all try. The following is just my own opinion:

It's when the very first time you meet you see the world in more brilliant colors and your heart literally wants to pop out of your chest. The world is your oyster and all is well. Your heart pounds until the next time you see that person and if you are lucky you begin to discuss your hopes and plans for the future together. You make each other laugh, yet you can cry together. You are there for each other 100% no matter what. You realize that neither of you are perfect and never will be, but you know without a doubt you can work through any problem together no matter what. When you gaze over at that person in later years you know without a doubt your choice was right and you feel a different love of inner peace and well being. There is not much either of you are afraid of, because after all, you are together and you can beat anything the world flings in your face. You know you will be partners until death and if you could, you'd wish you both could just fall asleep in each other's arms and die together. Reality is, that one of you will remain behind. Being a Christian I do believe that one day we shall meet again in another place and another time.
