All you have to do is text your question to 242-242 and they'll give you an answer.
They limit the number of texts you can send per month to 30 before they charge you for it. on the number of text questions asked, you can also call them at 1-800-2ChaCha. The call will get transcribed and sent along as if it was texted in. You will get your answer texted back to you AND it won't count against your texting limits with ChaCha.
I used to do this all the time until I got a smart phone.
