Wow I can just imagine myself freezing up if someone asked me this question! I'd probably run through my mind though and tell them one hobby I enjoy, something funny about a family member or pet, and my greastest recent accomplishment (ie. a promtion at work, made honor roll). If you can't think of anything, go for something simple like a favorite memory or most embarassing moment. Those are always funny or cute stories that can start a good conversation. Good luck:)
Answer
I think, at all ages, that question catches people off guard. In my opinion, I think it would be more comfortable for both people if someone would say something like, So what do you like to do in your spare time, or Do you have any hobbies, do you like to travel, do you like going to movies, etc. instead of So tell me more about yourself. So, when someone asks you that maybe you can tell them things you like to do. They are wanting to get to know you better.
I would share a brief summary of my background, interests, and goals to give the person a better understanding of who I am.
Tell them the truth
Tell them the truth or ask them first, but either way do it in Private!
Tell the truth. that will show that person you are responsible for your actions.
you could tell them that you don't want to tell them, (but be nice with it don't have a attitude with the person). Or you could tell them who you like (but only if you really trust them).
say no
Say yes if you want to go. Say no if you don't.
ME NO SPEAK ENGLISH!
because you like to?
the truth about how you feel
I wouldn't say anything about it unless someone asks about it, and take it home the next day. If the teacher asks, just tell them the truth. If you never leave stuff at school, they will just say it's okay... :)
You say if you know someone in the compaany or not
tell them what your really thinking!
