Tell her she is special and that she is the only one ofr you. Make her feel that she is better than all the other girls, even if she isn't. Alternatively, if you dn't like her say no.
I'd also like to add that the very first thing that a guy says to this a huge majority of the time is always "You're beautiful" or pretty, or something like that. AVOID THIS! Don't mention how she looks first. Tell her about her personality, things she does that make you smile and want to spend time with her, etc. Think abstractly instead of superficially. Oh and girls go crazy over words like energy, soul, spirit,a d such. Use those if you can, they'll make you sound more romantic.
If you choke under pressure and really can't think of anything to say, be clever and say, "Because you leave me speechless sometimes" and stop there.
