I have had many friends with the same problem, and what I usually (or would) say to them that is the guy isnt worth it. I would also talk to the guy who keeps on breaking her heart and tell them they need to make up there mind and stop playing these stupid games, beacause they are hurting her emotimaly. but make sure this is ok with your friend to say this to him because she can turn it agaisnt you and it will blow up in your face cause she will get mad at you he says the answer that she doesn't want to hear.
