tell her you love her or really like her and if she says i do too say prove it and then slowly go in for the kiss.warning if she rejects it could be very bad or shes just nervose.when your done tell her that was amazing or tell her you loved it but in a slightly hushed tone.trust me im 11 and ive already french kissed a girl.

But what i would do if i were you, i would go to a dark place and were we were alone, and give her a hug and wispier "I love you." in her ear. and if she said the same back, I would slowly let go of her, but not completely, and then slowly kiss her.

Ask her - "Wanna make out?" If she laughs, or says yes, go for it. Sounds stupid, but it's worked for me for years dude, lol
