You should really tell that person how you feel cause its gonna bug ya for a long time.
If you told them and they don't feel the same, then slowly realize that this person is better off as a buddy then more than friends. If you try to forget your feelings right away, its really gonna bother you.
If they are in a relationship, its best to still tell them because maybe they feel the same way they prob just weren't sure if u felt the same so they didn't do anything. And if they don't exactly feel the same way, then either it wasn't meant to be or they just need time to realize that maybe your what they've been needing.
