What do you do when you feel like crying and you dont know why?

When you're growing up and becoming an adult your body is getting extra hormones it's not used to. This is VERY normal. Every teenager goes through it. But if it happens, let it out. Obviously there is some deep reason your crying, even if you're not aware of it.
