If you are just dating and have not mislead either that they are the only one for you, the take your time and date who ever you want. If you are being sexual with both girls, then you are increasing yours and their chances for an STD, even if you use protection.
If you feel you have to choose, then write down what you like and don't like about each of the girls, who do you feel you could have a good, healthy future with and who do you think of 1st thing and who do you think of just before you fall asleep.
Your other option is to talk to a counselor.
