Make yourself noticed! The only way to do this, is to talk to him. You might be shy at first but there are lots of little things you can say. Hi, for starters. If you go to the same school this should be easier. Talk about classes, ask him a question about the homewrok, little things until you get comfertable enough to talk about more. Be cool about it, ((for example dont stutter, act shy or make it totally obviouse you like him)) treat him as if he's any other one of your friends. But turn up the flirting. Show him your fun side, your personality, and the potential girlfriend in you. If he's still not interested? Dont waste too much time on a guy who's not going to be worth it. There'll be plenty of better guys.
