What do you do if you find yourself liking someone you cant have?

I've gone through this problem many times. I know it's hard, but you kind of have to live with it. I usually go through reasons in my head on why I shouldn't like this person, such as certain qualities you don't like about them, and dwell on those. This usually helps a lot.

You can't "make" yourself like someone back. Perhaps over time, you will begin to like this person, but for now, be friends. Over time, you will become closer and might find yourself liking him/her more than a friend.

No matter who you around or with you should always be yourself, but make an good first impression. Don't try to be something you're not because it might back fire and go very wrong.
