This happend to me before,
Except they were BEST friends.
Don't choose one over the other, because you don't want to be the one responsible for ruining their friendship. Tell them to work it out themselves, because odds are the problem between them isn't something you can solve.
For example:
If you said yes to Guy #1:
-Loses friendship with Guy#2
-May never get that friendship back
-Odds are the relationship won't last forever
-Guy#2 may never talk to you again ..
etc.
Same with if you said yes to Guy #2
If you let them work it out:
They would probably find a resolution between each other.
If that doesn't work, then you probably like one of the guys a little bit more than the other, so communicate that to them. You shouldn't have to go for the guy you don't like as much.
Well, if you sense animosity or difficulty between the two guys, it's possible that they are fighting over you.
It's a joke: two zebra fighting over a pickle. Or Two penguins fighting over a pickle.

OK, it depends on the fight. If you guys are constantly fighting over ridiculous things then its over. If this rarely happens then it's not. Guys usually like somebody that will love them and care for them.
Rome versus Carthage, over Sicily.
There is no specific term for when two gay men fight. It would be called a fight or altercation, just like any other disagreement between individuals. It is important to avoid using derogatory language or making assumptions based on someone's sexual orientation.
