If it does not work bring it back to the store,buy a new one,or get your money back,but you must have the reciet! also if you dont get a refund don't every go to that shop again! AND I MEAN IT! XD

Plugging in your iPod Touch doesn't unlock the iPod. To unlock the iPod Touch (that doesn't require a password), click the home button and slide the on-screen button to the right.

If your Ipod Touch screen isn't working, try connecting it to iTunes and restore it. If that doesn't work, take it in to the apple store to have it fixed or replaced.
