Djarum and other brands of clove cigarettes are made with a mix of 40% clove (yes, just like the spice in your kitchen) and 60% tobacco. The tobacco is natural, meaning without added toxic chemicals (such as Ammmonia or Arsenic) that are in major-brand cigarettes, but even natural tobacco still contains nicotine and tar. The nicotine is still addictive. Djarum cloves do have filters unlike some clove brands. Cloves taste better than regular cigarettes. They also contain a mild anesthetic which slightly numbs the lips and throat while smoking. This effect can be particularly soothing for those with new tongue or lip piercings. Clove smoke smells a lot like incense. Clove smoking habits mimic cigar and pipe smokers, compared to regular smokers.
like a cigarett
As of October 1st 2009 it is illeagle to sell candy, fruit, and spice flavored cigarettes in the US. This includes clove cigarettes. Djarum will be offering a substitute product in form of a filtered, natural wrapper cigarillo. Though illegal, you can still buy them online. Anyone looking to get some of the original Djarum Blacks living in the U.S can email me and I can help you out. I live in the U.S so no need to worry bout customs confiscating the shipment like all the overseas websites. Free shipping anywhere in U.S lightning2819@aol.com Thanks
Yes. Clove cigarettes are made with tobacco, like normal cigarettes, often mixed with minced clove buds. The tobacco blend is then treated with a proprietary compound (which includes clove oil) to give them their distinctive taste. In many brands, after the cigarette is rolled, the paper is treated with a compound that may include saccharine to give the paper it's distinctive sweet flavor. (Just the end of the filter in Djarum Blacks & some others, while in other kretek's, the entire cigarette is treated.) They have tar, nicotine, and other harmful elements just like any other cigarette. Tests indicate that the levels of tar and nicotine is comparable to that found in a 'normal' full flavor cigarette made in the US.
If i understand your question correctly, the answer is no.
No, they have not been discontinued. They have been banned. Obama recently signed a bill in banning all flavored and clove cigarettes. You can still import them, this is expensive and I'm not sure if it is legal or not. Obama really sucks huh? You can personally smoke them, but you can not sell them. I get them at the duty free stores by the California and Mexico border. You can only get 1 carton per person per trip and you have to be returning from Mexico for it to be duty free. If your interested, I can get you all you want. More info @ elmiranda @ a o l If anyone is looking for the original Djarum Black cigarettes I'm your guy. Unfortunately there is no such thing as a Black and Mild: Chocolate. You can always go to Johnmiddletonco.com and tell them about it. Who knows, maybe they'll pay you for the Idea.
At your common gas station or smoke house they'll cost a little more than seven dollars, sadly though as of 4 days ago they are illegal across the US. The "Original" brand (the blue pack) is most likely to taste similar to Marlboro.
E-cigarettes can taste like a variety of things. Cigarti e-cigarette cartridges, for example, come in a variety of flavors including tobacco, orange, strawberry, lemon, mint, apple and grape. Cartridges are also color coded for ease of use.
They taste like speed cola XD
