and i took 2 pregnancy tests bout 2weeks after ovulation and came out neg. I've juss been so tired its ridiculous.I use to stay up til 3:30 am now im dozin off and on at midnight.My breast r only tender if i touch them and my lower stomach is tender to the touch in the sense its uncomfortable when i press down even the slightests...stomachs hard but juss on my lower stomach. and been bloating for 3weeks now.waiting for my period to come.Any advice.its most likely not pregnancy since the test came out neg so what else could it be??

The Dr is probably checking what is called your fundal height. Fundal height is determined by the size of the uterus to determine fetal growth and development. The Dr could also be checking the position of the baby if you are getting close to delivery.
