What causes teenage pregancy?

There is no answer for this. There is no specific cause, more a variety of reasons. It could be: 1. Bad parenting

2. A need for love

3. An accidental pregnancy that ends in miscarriage and makes a woman want one to make up for the baby they lost.

4. Not thinking in the moment, even though they know what unprotected sex can cause.

5. A strong desire to be a mother.

6. Being in a relationship Many of the reasons are the same as any aged mother, they want a baby and they will try for one as long as they can. Overall though, I don't feel there is a problem with having a baby as a teenager, well as an older teenager, it is the teenage mothers who don't care for their baby and rely on everyone else to raise their child that grates me. I know quite a few teenage mums and they do well - I would even say that they are much better mothers than some older mothers.
