It means they have customized their privacy settings so you can't see anything they do on facebook, but you are still one of their facebook friends.

No only your firends can see them. If you are talking about people of Facebook which you are no friends with then no. Your friends that do not have facebook can not see your profile or posts.
you cant.. its just a list that ur friends see when they go on ur profile that shows them what people you both are friends with but you wont see a mutual list when your look at ur own profile.

See if your friends have them as a friend them confront them about it and if its true then they are not your friend
Unfortunately, you can not see who has unliked your facebook fan page. Facebook doesn't send notifications to the page admin once a fan or fans UNLIKE its fan page.
