What I have done is combine some of the greens (collard/spinach) (about 25 calories)boil them up in ALOT of water put a few shrimp (about 50 calories)and a small filet of Whiting or Tialpia fish (about 80 calories) maybe a little garlic and a couple of rings of hot peppers for taste---boil it up
