What I have done is combine some of the greens (collard/spinach) (about 25 calories)boil them up in ALOT of water put a few shrimp (about 50 calories)and a small filet of Whiting or Tialpia fish (about 80 calories) maybe a little garlic and a couple of rings of hot peppers for taste---boil it up

if you wish you can use the melba toast

not only is this good for you but it will fill your tummy and you still have alot of calories in your "bank" to use.
