Trust me, I've gone down that road, I had to be hospitalized and go through therapy to make me eat again!! Whenever you starve yourself your body goes into "lock down mode" or "starvation mode" and it stores everything you do eat as fat. If you want to be thin, watch your eating but DO actually eat, eat 5 or 6 small meals a day instead of 3 big meals. Especially at your age, you need to eat!! Your body is growing and needs the nutrients, sugars, proteins, and fats even if you don't want it to. Relax, everything has fat in it so just avoid consuming so much of it and you'll be good =] Just don't stop eating and starve yourself, ok hun?

It sucks to be anorexic. And I'm 13!!! It's horrible. You're always tired and you feel like you don't have any energy at all. In seventh grade (last year) I ate only one meal a day(and that one meal was tiny), I got sick all the time, all my friends worried about me, and one health problem leads to another when you become really under weight. I don't really think I'm anorexic though, even though everyone thinks I am. I just never eat because I'm never hungry. If it's like that I think it's ok. Because it's not like you can help it. Anorexia is different. It's a mental illness because when you look in the mirror, you see a fat person when in reality you are extremely underweight. It sucks, don't do it.

Anorexia is an illness, you can't become anorexic just by having self-control. Your weight is normal for your height and I would strongly recommend you to stick with it, don't lose any more weight. You're really young and that could be dangerous.

To stop you from being hungry just avoid Carbs (like bread - especially white bread, pasta...) and candies because they increase your apetite.

Why would you want to be anorexic? Anorexia is a mental illness, and it KILLS. If you want to stop being hungry, try eating several small meals a day. Focus on WHAT you eat, including lean protein, whole grains and lots of fruits and veggies. Get out and move your body. At fourteen your body is still growing and developing - it NEEDS fuel. You have to feed it, just make sure you feed it good stuff.

Honey, stop obsessing about being thin. Those "supermodels" you see in magazines aren't real - they are the airbrushed products of teams of marketers who are trying to sell women an impossible dream. A dream which is unhealthy, unrealistic, and unachieveable except through the use of computer faked photographs.

Eat well, move your body, stand tall and be proud of who you ARE, not how you LOOK.

Your diet however is not the bigger concern here. The fact that you are 14 and want to be anorexic is disturbing. It indicates a larger psychological problem directly tied to your self image and though you can change your weight, unless you get help with the way you see yourself in the mirror you will never feel thin enough or pretty enough. Anorexia is a death sentence. Your body and organs will eventually shut down and you'll die if you deprive yourself of nutrients and fuel. No one cares how thin you are when you are in a casket.

Be proud of who you are. Learn to love yourself. Easier said than done, I know but please consider seeing your GP regarding the other psychological issues going on that make you want to be anorexic. And for God's sakes, do not starve yourself. Think long term and focus on what is important: it isn't in magazines or on the tele, it is in your intellect, your spirit and your soul. Nothing else is that important.

Your GP can also help you with appetite control and can put you on a healthy diet to ensure you are getting the nutrients and fuel that someone your age needs.

Are you unable to focus in class are you suffering from depression also, i know I gained alot of weight when I did not feel like I was doing good enough. I think the best thing for you is to get something to help you concentrate on school work rather than your weight this way you will be distracted by something that will introduce you to success. Success is a good feeling whether you are thin or thick. Keep your head up ask your doctor for something to help you wake up and keep you happpy through out the day. I know adderral helped me alot and after I graduated middle school and after summer school i lost some weight going into highschool

DRINKING H20 MAKES YOU LESS HUNGRY AND ALSO CLEARS OUT ALL OF THOSE CHEMICALS AND GROSS THINGS IN UR BODY!!!!! I know you've heard it before, so JUST DO IT. Water will defientley help you. No matter if you think it's yucky or not, JUST DO IT if you're serious about losing weight.
