While it is legal for a 15 year old girl to date a 20 year old man, if they have sex that is statutory rape. Of course, you will not necessarily know, or be able to prove that sex has taken place. If they are making sex videos and posting them on the internet, the police can act (aside from statutory rape charges, there would also be a child pornography issue in that case). But chances are, they haven't made such videos.

Socially, there is a great divide between a 15 year old, of school age and probably still living with her parents, and a 20 year old, who may by that point be working and living an independent life. However, it is only a five year age difference, and many people have successful relationships despite greater age differences than that. It is possible that these two people love each other and will be happy together. Or, perhaps they are making a terrible mistake. Personally I would be inclined to let them find this out by themselves.
