When you exercise you are actually building up muscle and toning them and strengthening them, and when you eat right, you get the right nutrients your body needs to stay strong and to grow. When you are anorexic, you don't get those nutrients and vitamins/metabolism you get from eating right, or keeping your heart healthy, etc.
It can compromise oxygen and nutrient delivery to muscles, which may cause cramps.
We can care for our body by exercising, keeping our weight in a normal range, eating healthy, and drinking plenty of water.
