to try to ease your period pain you can take a nice warm bath use a heating pad on your tummy to ease some craps or you can take a warm water bottle to your tummy. but what makes me feel like im not on my period and well feel pain free is to participate in some kind of sports.
That is normal for alot of girls, but if the pain is really bothering you, then maybe you should go see a doctor who can prescribe some medication to help ease the pain.

As far as I'm aware, it's possible. You would usually have excruciatingly bad period pain if this is the case. It is however normal to have bad period pain in your teens though (I did) and it does ease off as you get older so try not to worry yourself. :o)
