Sometimes they are avoided eye contact, they tend to get very irritated if you push a subject, constant subject-changing, awkwardness and they tend to want to spend more time alone. There is also stress which sometimes leads to upset stomach and of course, they tend to lack sleep.

It depends on how bad the secret is. There are some that will not have a problem of feeling guilty, they know how to handle themselves in front of the people that knows them. And yes eye contact can be the sign but not all the time.

I'll use the man that I married, I never knew that he found himself a new friend, aka mistress. the only thing I noticed from him was he took a shower twice a day, which he never done before. He always looks good just going to work. Coming home very early in the morning, but because I thought he was working, I don't have anything to worry about, but wow! I got eggs on my face....this man never had a guilty face..
