There is tar and other bad chemicals in the wrapper of the blunt. Some wrappers may contain nicotine which is why you may get a different high because you are getting a nicotine rush. The leaf is also a tobacco leaf which also contains many chemicals. Marijuana rolled with rice paper is probably the cleanest way to smoke besides bong hits.
