depends on the county but, for 1 plant i doubt they would waste much time... you would probably just get a warning and they would confiscate your equipment. now for my question... who would allow themselves to be busted for one plant? the cops would be mad that you made them have to do a ton of paperwork for one single plant. unless you have prios, i woulnt worry about a single plant.
