Many pregnant teens do not complete their high school education and few even attempt college.

Single parents have a great deal of difficulty trying to support a child and earn a living.

The burden of support is put on the state, putting all tax payers at risk.

Children raising children do not make the best role models for the kids.

60% of the teen moms drop out of school and many need welfare. The relationship falls apart (more of a rule then exception) and she will have to live with her parents much longer then she normally would. If she, or her parents, afford daycare she can get a job but the jobs available (if any) is not paid in a lot of money if you don't have a degree. You are depended on your parents for many years to come, to pay for your child and if you want any chance to be able to graduate from high school. In many cases the father have very little or no contact with the child.
