LGBT (also known as GLBT) students are students that are affiliated with some sort of LGBT group. LGBT stands for Lesbian, Gay, Bi, and Transgender/Transsexual. These students identify as being homosexual, bisexual, or transgender/transsexual. Certain scholarships exclusively apply to LGBT students and there are a lot of support groups offered to these students as well.
