13 without parent permission, 16 with ID :)
In Australia there is no law saying you have to be a certain age to get your nose pierced. But some piercing institutes will have age restrictions so that's something you need to ask the business.
Call your local tattoo shop and talk to their piercer they can tell you the age. In most states you need to be 18 to get a piercing without parental consent and you also need to be 18 for any genital piercings (girls need to be 18 to get nipple piercings).
the piercing age is 14.
Parental consent, and the cost for however much the piercing is.

There is not a legal age, but piercing your newborn daughter is not advised.

You need to be over 18 to get anything pierced by yourself. If not, you need a parent/guardian with you.
If you buy it online they don't ask age but you will need a credit card.
If you're under 18, you need a parent to sign a 'minor consent form' and they have to be there when you get it done. There is no specific age limit.
