Getting high is when you breath in or inhale weed or other smoke-able drugs which makes you feel good inside. And getting drunk is when you consume alcohol which can make you feel good or bad, it depends on the kind of person you are. You can feel tipsy and sway back and forth and have blurred vision and you don't really have a good sense of motor skills and decision making.

Being buzzed is the nice feeling were you still remember everything. Drunk your not going to remember that much you will forget things. If you want to know how to tell if they got drunk or buzzed ask them questions about the night to see if they remember them all if they do they were just buzzed.

"drunk" and "drunken" both mean the same thing - "intoxicated." However, the first one is usually more grammatically correct, depending on the context.
